Return Conditions
- You can return men's clothing items within 30 days of the delivery date. The clothing must be in its original condition, with all tags, labels, and accessories intact. It should not have been washed, worn, or damaged by the customer.
Exchange Options
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please contact our customer service within the 30 - day return period. Exchanges are subject to product availability. We will do our best to fulfill your request as quickly as possible.
Refund Details
- Once we receive and verify the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7 - 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
Non - Returnable Items
- Some items, such as underwear, swimwear (if the hygiene seal is broken), and custom - made or personalized clothing, are not eligible for return or exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no cost to you. Provide clear photos of the issue if requested.
